Great stay in the Junior Suite, though it felt a bit pricey for one night.

The stay at Craigbank was delightful. The charming ambiance captured me immediately upon arrival, and the attention to detail in decor stood out. Enjoyed sipping tea from the electric kettle while relaxing in the cozy sitting area. The hosts, Colin and Ronny, made me feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast every morning offered generous portions, and I appreciated the variety provided. My room, the Standard Double Room, was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed—the best sleep I’ve had in ages. The beautiful views of the hills from the breakfast room added to the experience. A minor downside was the occasional limited wifi connectivity in my room, but it wasn’t a big issue since the living room had better reception. I completely recommend staying here for its warmth and lovely atmosphere.

Spotlessly clean room with all the luxury essentials. Drying room available plus laundry service for muddy gear.
Limited wifi reception in room one, but better connectivity in shared areas. Windows needed to stay shut against midges, making it a bit warm during summer.

The Junior Suite was really comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved the super hot showers and the cozy feel of the room. Plus, the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in! It was also nice to see such a lovely view of the hills right from the breakfast area. Only downside was that the traffic noise was a bit noticeable, but it wasn't too distracting after a long day of hiking.

Perfect pit stop after a long trek
After a grueling 35km hike, this cozy place was a lifesaver! Richard helped clean our muddy boots and the breakfast was super filling. The room was comfy, tho a bit snug. The picnic area was great to relax in after our walk. Just wish the shower had stronger pressure!
